***SOLD***This D-Star HT has the UT-118 Digital Unit INSTALLED. This is the "Sport" configuration IC-U82 UHF Handi Talkie. The Sport model shipped without the rechargeble battery pack and wall charger. It comes instead with the BP-208N BATTERY CASE which takes 6 AA size user-supplied batteries instead. I get great battery life. BATTERIES NOT INCLUDED.
It has a BNC antenna connector and an excellent belt clip is installed. I get good audio reports for my signal into the repeater. I tried D-Star once or twice but I'm not a big fan. This lightly-used D-Star capable HT makes a great grab-and-go radio. You can buy batteries on the go or use your own rechargebable batteries and charger. Includes factory boxes and all supplied paperwork.
